Review of AI-drafted legal documents
A growing number of people arrive with the work already started: they studied their own case with an AI tool, understood the rights involved and produced a document, an extrajudicial notice, a complaint, the draft of a court filing. This service exists for them. We do not restart your work from scratch, nor pretend it does not exist: we verify it, correct what needs correcting, and take professional responsibility for what goes forward.
What the review checks
Legal grounds. Whether the laws and rules cited exist, are in force, and say what the text claims they say.
Case law. Whether each precedent cited exists and supports the argument. AI tools fabricate decisions that look perfect, and Brazilian courts have already fined parties who filed them unchecked.
Deadlines. Limitation periods and the administrative time limits of your specific case, which a generic answer does not calculate.
Addressee and route. Whether the document targets the right entity and whether the chosen path is the most efficient one, which in Brazilian health law includes alternatives AI rarely weighs, such as a complaint before the ANS (the health-plan regulator) or an urgent injunction.
Viability. An honest opinion on what the document can achieve, including when the answer is that there is no right to claim. That candor is part of the service.
Why there is no “just sign here”
A lawyer who signs a document answers for it, civilly and before the Bar (Brazilian Law 8.906/94, art. 32). Recommendation 001/2024 of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar (OAB) requires effective human verification of any content produced with the aid of artificial intelligence. A signature is never a stamp: it is the act by which a professional assumes technical authorship of the entire text. That is exactly what this service delivers, and that is why it begins with a review, not with a signature.
How it works
Contact is direct, via the firm’s WhatsApp, in English.
